LibraryReads March 2018

Posted by Lily, Assistant Editor on February 15, 2018

Could it be? Is that spring I spy on the horizon? It is indeed, and librarians around the country are ready to freshen up their shelves with March’s bounty of books. LibraryReads asked, and these are the titles librarians are most excited to recommend to their patrons next month!

Three suspense novels are standouts on the list: I Let You Go author Clare Mackintosh offers up another gripping novel with Let Me Lie, in which a daughter discovers the truth behind her parents’ apparent suicides; reader favorite Chris Bohjalian returns with a tale of booze, planes and why you probably shouldn’t mix the two in The Flight Attendant; and Laura Lippman makes the list with a twisted Sunburn. Shobha Rao’s Girls Burn Brighter and its devastating story of sisterhood is going to have everyone talking, and Anna Quindlen, who is always a welcome addition to any TBR pile, makes the list with a novel about life in Manhattan, Alternate Side
