Impossible Foods has released a new version of its “bleeding” veggie burger that contains no gluten and has less sodium and saturated fat. The old formula incited concerns that the Impossible Burger wasn’t a nutritious alternative to a traditional meat patty.    With its new recipe, the company plans to expand into grocery stores across the US.
