Venezuela’s falling oil supply is a major ‘challenge’ to global energy markets

The International Energy Agency (IEA) has warned that crude supplies from Venezuela are at risk of falling sharply. The agency’s monthly report indicates that the lower production out of the troubled country could be a “challenge” for the world’s oil markets. “Geopolitics has added another complication to the global oil market,” said the IEA.
